"Comfortable and relaxing break"

The facilities were excellent, the pool, steam room, and sauna were all enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and helpful and always ready with jovial conversation. The location is excellent with ample parking. The breakfast, although only croissants and coffee, we're ample and freshly made, and very nice.

Nothing! Our party, six of us, were satisfied with everything. There was a 'bouncing ball issue' which one of the leg pulling staff told us, it was a footballer living upstairs, but it was actually a door!

"Comfortable and affordable Aparthotel in a good location"

Comfortable Aparthotel in a central location close to the seafront and the shops. The apartment was well-equipped, and the added bonus of a spa and swimming pool onsite were great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nice shower.

The room was at the top of the building and therefore quite hot, even though the heating wasn't on and the outside temperature was cold. We kept the windows open which helped to cool it down. Some fixtures eg the sofa bed was tired looking, and amenities a little basic, eg no tissues provided. Carpets in the communal areas were very dirty looking and could do with a clean.

"Was really nice hotel in a good position to travel too, good amenities nearby"

Needed a mirror in bedroom, the one in hallway was in a dark position.

"Lovely location. Wonderful staff, however..."

Great location. Big family gathering and we all got an apartment over two blocks. Great to be close to each other (and have some space:-) )

It was not clean to a basic level. Several of the party had problems - no hot water. Apartment too hot. Really dirty room. The staff were approachable and helpful - but fighting a losing battle. The property was probably amazing when it was originally converted. It needs a little TLC and a good scrub.

Location was perfect, spacious apartment, comfy beds.

Sofa was the worst I’ve ever sat on!!!! Filthy bin, attention to detail was missing, no tea bags/coffee but lots of sugar & milk
