Andrea, provided outstanding and exceptional customer service. He provided a step-by-step guide to the accommodation and was attentive. Room was very nice, in an authentic building located ideally within the city. The balcony was lovely, a nice place to use as my office while attending a conference.

"Echi del Mare was a great place to use as a base to explore the surrounding area."

The location was great. The room was spacious and quiet with the exception of loud-speaking people coming and going from the neighboring room. It was wonderful having a garage on site.

Breakfast was taken at a café about 200-300 m. away. It was plentiful enough but not very good.

"You won’t be disappointed."

Andrea was a fabulous host. He did a wonderful job in the decorating of his rooms. Location was excellent especially in relation to the train station and old town. He was prompt in providing all the information necessary for remote checkin. He expressed great concern when we explained that our first breakfast was pretty pathetic and said he would be speaking with the manager of the cafe the following morning to improve this situation.

Everything was perfect except as the breakfast as described above.
