C'est l'un des grands mystère des réservations sur booking, parfois le paiement semble poser des problèmes à l'hôte qui n'arrive pas à finaliser la transaction et qui réclame un autre moyen ( dans ce cas PayPal ). Ce que nous avons fait.

Location, cleanness and very nice room

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut um die Stadt und die Cinque Terre zu besichtigen. Die Garage ist auch super. Und der Host war so freundlich, man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt.

Meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber die Deko war uns etwas zu kitschig. Mit etwas schlimmerem könnte man hier wirklich viel draus machen.

J ai réservé une chambre d hôtel et non un appartement dans un immeuble. Vous me confirmez une réservation à 299 euros, alors que j ai été obligé de payer 366 euros. J espère un remboursement de la différence. Aussi,le 1er matin rien de prévu pour le petit déjeuner. Le lendemain ,il m est remis 2 tickets pour prendre un petit-déjeuner composé de 3 cuillères à soupe d œufs brouillés et une tasse de thé. Je ne suis pas retourné dans ce bar quelconque.le lendemain. Conclusion, environ 130 euros la nuit ,prix d une nuit dans un 3,4 étoiles, en ayant d autres prestations. J attends de vos nouvelles quant à un remboursement du dépassement.de votre devis. The property is in a great location; it is one street back from the main street of the old town making it easy to get around. We did a self check-in with information supplied by the host Andrea. It was a simple process to follow. Andre was responsive with any questions we had and offered suggestions for local restaurants. The port was a short walk to get the ferries to the Cinque Terre and also an even shorter walk to the train station if you wanted to visit the towns by train. The property is near restaurants, shops and cafes along with a supermarket. There is also car parking in the building next door that can be arranged with the host Andrea for a fee. The room is like a hotel room, well appointed and the property has a lift, making it easy to get your luggage to your room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again if visiting.

Nothing to fault

We had an amazing stay here! The location is a great home base to explore the five towns of Cinque Terre—you’re close to the train station and don’t have to haul your luggage up mountainous areas. Check-in could have been more straightforward. We had to contact the property before our stay to get directions on how to check in, but once we were in contact with Andrea, he provided us with clear instructions. The room was extremely clean and the mini fridge was stocked with some Coke and water for free. The only issues we had was the Wifi and the shower drainage. The Wifi never worked—we had better connectivity in the city than in the room. The shower did not drain properly and water pooled, making us concerned that it would flood the floor. Luckily it didn’t! Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Cinque Terre.

O quarto eh amplo, limpo, novo, tudo funciona bem

O café da manhã não eh no hotel, eh num bar próximo. A distância não eh um problema mas a qualidade do café sim. Super pobre: um pão, um café e um copo de suco. Não há uma proteína, uma manteiga, nada. Para ter precisei pagar por fora: aí nos dias seguintes resolvi pagar e tomar um café da manhã melhor em outro local
