"Affittacamere in posizione strategica, camera confortevole, Andrea gentilissimo"

Posizione strategica, comodo sia per la stazione (per prendere i treni per le cinque terre) che per il porto (per I battelli verso il Golfo dei poeti). Cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario Andrea. Camera confortevole con a disposizione anche una piccola colazione (biscotti, marmellata, tè, ecc...). Arredi nuovi, bagno spazioso e comodo. Pulizia top!

La macchina del caffè in camera era guasta ma può capitare. L'ascensore era piccolissimo, per una persona sola ed un trolley al massimo. Con le valigie è complicato raggiungere il terzo piano però si risolve facendo su e giù più volte. Piccoli dettagli ma, nel complesso, ottima esperienza.

Personnel et Andrea absent physiquement Tout est par code Aucun lien relationnel Chambre mal insonorisée Réveil avec marteau piqueur tout les matins Literie moyenne Machine à café cassée Cabine douche hygiène moyen Si vous avez une demande ou revendication le propriétaire Andrea devient agressif avec propos méprisant et hautain délirant avec sentiment de persécution impossible d'échanger de façon calme et posé Litige sur la note plus importante que ce que booking nous avez facturé nous souhaitions avoir une explication il a très mal pris notre démarche La discussion a été coupée Bref nous n'y reviendrons pas

"Maravilhoso! "

Lugar maravilhoso! Tudo novo, limpo, cheiroso. As roupas de cama muito limpas. O local é bem próximo à estação central e de lojas e restaurantes. O atendimento também é maravilhoso. Super recomendo!

"Lovely room and host"

Everything was perfect, great spacious room very clean with parking and located in the center. A plus for the host, Andrea, who was very friendly and helpful. He warmly welcomed us and gave us a lot of information and suggestions. I appreciated the little attention(amenities and snacks) from the host and the daily cleaning which was perfect
