Holland House

Hosts were so so welcoming and personable. Excellent communication from booking onwards Went with my adult daughter and two dogs- beautiful dog friendly area. We normally just come for the day in new brighton centre but I would always want to come this end - still only a short walk to the main centre where bigger shops are but we found ourselves walking around the beaches near Holland house as they were really quick to get to and when people left the area after the day , the beach walk was tranquil with people riding on the cycle path and a few dogs. We are returning in September

Spacious. Lovely to have a separate bedroom to keep the dogs jumping on beds. Lounge had a beautiful well cared for cheese plant near the window showing the thought the hosts have put into their accommodation We loved the huge lounge windows where you could look down the street and be close to the sea We loved the beautiful trees in the garden lit up at night which was good to find our apartment when coming back from the beach in the evening.

Easy parking and access. Useful kitchenette. Good location for nearby bus stops. Nice balcony. Good pubs and food nearby.

Feather pillows and cushions caused an allergic reaction in me. Not hot water from the shower.

The balcony was so peaceful at night very cosy Bed was comfortable very warm and homely Definitely be coming again
