Awesome magical overall experience: great facilities, great food, great staff, great service. Totally recommend. Great strategic location.

My partner and I had the best experience at this hotel. It was an amazing and relaxing vacation. We were fortunate that it snowed and our large windows overlooking the mountain took our breath away. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. And the breakfast was so tasty, and my partners favorite part of this hotel. We also felt that the location was amazing as our favorite part of the mountain to ski and backcountry. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Wonderful service in the hotel, ski-concierge, all the restaurants. The food quality in the China restaurant, Robata, and the Teppan restaurant was extremely good and exceeded expectations. We will definately visit again next season.

The Park Hyatt Niseko was everything we hoped for, and more. The architecture and design of the hotel were amazing (both public spaces and the rooms). The restaurant selection was excellent with the Japanese and Chinese options being standouts (not to mention an amazing bartender who made great cocktails in the bar). The suite was perfectly designed with ~85 square meters (~940 square feet) of space divided into a bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a large walk-in closet, and two full bathrooms. The suite can accommodate up to 4 adults as the living room has a sleeper sofa, but that might be a little tight from a space perspective. The fitness center and onsen were excellent. You have to book the onsen, but even during ski season it was never busy. There are separate onsen facilities for women and men and the spaces are very peaceful and well designed. For skiers, the service levels are great. The ski valet team take your skis and poles outside each morning from your dedicated locker, and they return them to your locker when you are finished for the day. It could not be easier to ski in and ski out at this property. Overall, we cannot wait to go back to this property either in the winter for skiing or in the summer to enjoy the green season. It is well worth the journey to Hokkaido!

Staff were attentive and responsive during check-in, check-out, spa and F&B outlets. Beautiful hotel and room with view of slopes.

Great hotel but the snow at Niseko was really bad a the time. The breakfast is a great deal because for hotel guests it's priced similar to the food on the slopes.

I had a really good stay at Park Hyatt Niseko. Actually, this is my first time in Hokkaido and the ski trip here and this hotel provided me a fantastic staying journey. Highly recommend the restaurant - Teppan at this property, so marvelous but be aware that need to book the table in advance and worth to try! On the other hand, every staff here are friendly and helpful, following the Japanese hospitality and make you feel like at home. Here would like to thanks Eric at Teppan and Melisa at Concierge! Hope to see you next year because I have booked another stay in Feb 2027! Overall, 100% recommend for this property and try to stay here for more than 3 nights, you will not regret.
