Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

The whole resort setup is very nice and a lot more luxurious than the other three Niseko resorts.

I am still waiting for the refund of a mistaken booking in January. Park Hyatt has apparently already paid this to Booking.com a month ago, and Booking.com is still sitting on it!!!

For the amount of money we spent, I would have expected better attention prior to arrival, access to hotel restaurants, follow through from the concierge, etc. Instead, we had an overpriced mediocre experience and disappointment at every turn.

We stayed in June 2025 and came back for Ski in January 2026. Completely different experience and I know why this hotel is so popular. Service: Beyond excellent. There are lots of staffs throughout the property and they are willing to help what we needs. Best was Ski Valet. At the end of the day when we returned, Ski valet guy would come and pick up my ski, blow air and store in ski locker was heaven! Room: Since room was super expensive, we booked the lowest price point residence studio room. Room was tiny and we called "this is our closet". But room was on corner, facing the snow covered mountains and views were excellent! Dining: As always, Park Hyatt Niseko offers the best breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is always excellent, comes with Japanese traditional buffet and western and some more. Having warm noodles was great to start the day for ski. Overall, this is great hotel and great service. It's very expensive: It costs at least x4 more compared to summer. But snow was great, and ski in-out and having rental within the building was great help. If you'd like the top of luxury of convenience, this probably the only and best one int he mountains.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff were outstanding warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, and the dining options were excellent with great variety. The ski-in/ski-out location made it an ideal place to ski and fully enjoy Niseko.
