"Exceptional quality and hospitality"

10.0

Luxury experience from the moment my family was picked up from the airport to the very moment we left the hotel. I can totally see the hotel is doing their very best to create a frictionless, luxurious experience to its guest. My family of 4 just left them yesterday and my wife is already missing the quality and hospitality of the hotel. Practically it is right next to a fantastic skiing site, has many fantastic restaurants, and an effortless atmosphere that rejuvenates hardworking executives like myself. The experience didn’t come cheap but it brings a rare smile to me and much joy for my wife, my daughter and my son. I feel grateful to the Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono and would be very happy to come again.

"Extremely Poor Sanitary Conditions"

2.0

The nightstand in my assigned room was littered with multiple pieces of toenail clippings, clearly indicating that the room had not been cleaned at all. This was utterly disgusting and completely unacceptable. For a luxury hotel of this caliber to fail in the most basic aspect of cleanliness severely undermines my trust in any room within the hotel. Although I was moved to another room afterward, this issue is extremely serious and reflects a major breakdown in the housekeeping process.

"Wonderful service and comfort"

10.0

Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very attentive and accommodating! As expected of a five star international hotel coupled with the special warmth of the Park Hyatt Hanazono team. Very flexible and adaptive in problem solving, which is rare at more traditional five star locations in Japan. International traveler friendly and felt like a home away from home.

No service flexibility. Good location and facilities but it is completely perfect for luxury residential. Facilities are in not perfect maintenance condition. Staffs don’t have enough service mind

"A Nearly Perfect Stay—Foiled Only by the Elusive HP Sauce"

10.0

If you're looking for a top-tier, five-star escape where the snow glistens, the mountains pose for your photos, and the staff seem to have trained at the Jedi Academy of Hospitality, look no further than the Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. This place did not disappoint—unless you count my tragic, Shakespearean quest for HP sauce. But I’ll get to that. First, the important bits: The views? Incredible. The sort of scenery that makes you consider quitting your job, becoming a poet, and writing odes to mountains. The service? Impeccable. The staff handled everything with such ease and charm that I briefly wondered if they were reading my mind. Now, to the only tiny improvement I could suggest. One fine morning, inspired by the crisp mountain air, I set out on a noble mission: to craft a proper bacon butty. I found the white bread. I found the bacon. I located ketchup lurking in the children’s section like a mischievous imp. But alas—no HP sauce. My British heart sighed. My breakfast was delicious, yes, but lacked that final, saucy flourish that turns a good bacon butty into a transcendental one. Still, if the only flaw in a five-star stay is the absence of HP sauce at breakfast, you know you’re dealing with one spectacular hotel. Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono: where everything is perfect… except my condiment-related dramatics. Highly recommend. Will return—possibly with my own emergency rations of HP.
