every single thing! the hospitality was top notch! love the private onsen. the room was huge and just beautiful. everything in the room was top quality. worth every penny, you get what you paid for. food was great!

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono is truly a place I hold close to my heart. The scenery transforms beautifully with each season—autumn and winter alike are breathtaking. What touched me most were the genuine smiles and kindness of every staff member; their thoughtful care and hospitality made me feel completely at home. My stay was peaceful, relaxing, and filled with moments of quiet beauty. It was, in every way, a perfect holiday that I will remember fondly and hope to experience again.

I stayed at this resort during the down season almost before the busy season kicks in. Hotel was huge and they offered me a better room with my status. This place is expansive and the views from each view were of quality sights. The in room onsen was a key player of why I chose this place, it was easy to manage and great for my wife and I to relax after a long trip of walking in Japan. The in room dining was easy to manage and food was delivered immediately. All cushions and bed cushion was plush. The staff workers were amazing and they were hospitable during my breakfast as well. There were many options and a vast choice of Hokkaido milk, which was my desire due to visiting this area. This place would be amazing during the winter and snowboarding.

The ambiance, the service, the food and the views.

Nothing, the only down side: google map was not accurate and it was quite dark in the evening as we arrived. The pinned location at Google map was the park Hyatt style hotel instead. While the Park Hyatt style hotel was on the left, take a right turn and be aware of the entrance on your left heading to the underground car park of the hotel.

If you expect Park Hyatt standards, this hotel will not disappoint you. I booked a standard room through Amex, and I really doubted they upgraded me. But the room is really spacious with a nice dining and sitting area and a second full bath, something I have not seen in any Park Hyatt I have stayed in. The complementary ticket to take the gondola up the ski mountain at night to see the light and firework show is a real treat. All other aspects are like what you will expect in a luxury hotel. My only complaint is one of my dinners in the Asian restaurant is not up to expected standard. The included breakfast in the same locale is far superior.
