깨끗하고 편안한 시설입니다. 훌륭한 조식에 산으로 둘러싸인 곳에 위치해 비수기에도 공기나 경치가 좋아 휴식을 취하기 좋습니다. 온천과 운동시설도 잘 구비되어 있어 이용하기 편리합니다. 첫날 좀 늦게 도착했는데 한국어 가능한 직원이 늦게까지 대기중이었습니다.

주변 편의시설과 거리가 좀 있어서 이용하기 쉽지 않습니다. 공항과의 거리가 좀 있어서, 2~3시간 정도의 여정을 생각하셔야 합니다. 숙소에서만 지내기에는 더할 나위 없이 좋지만, 삿포로, 오타루와의 거리가 좀 있어 홋카이도 다른 지역으로의 여정도 함께 생각하신다면 조금 불편하실 수 있습니다.

Amazing hotel! Fabulous staff!

Great location, world class service, excellent restaurant choices and excellent rooms. Had a wonderful 4 days stay at this hotel. The breakfast service and choice was just great. The staff are extremely polite and always anticipating your needs.

Our four-night stay at the Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono was magical. Everything was perfect and I’m very grateful to everyone who made our stay so fantastic. The hotel itself is very elegant and comfortable. Our deluxe suite (with private onsen) - room 667 - was honestly breathtaking. Great views of Mount Yotei, two bathrooms and a dressing room, a very comfortable lounge and lovely big bed. The hotel had so many great facilities: a 24-hour gym, onsen, great lounge (the Buttered Kingston cocktail was amazing), delicious breakfast (with a vast selection of high-quality items!), a games room for children and the onsite restaurant we tried (Teppan) was outstanding! Everyone we met was kind, professional and lovely to talk to. We also loved having s’mores and seeing the fireworks and mountain lights. Hokkaido was so beautiful - we loved hiking and hiking here - and resting up in our Onsen afterwards. The Park Hyatt was a beautiful place to start and end each day. I’d love to return!
