I was happy with the customer care, when we asked for something they came in a reasonable time frame . I was also thankful for extending our check out time since we checked in at 10pm the night before which gave us some time to get our thing situated.

The room wasn't as clean as I would of liked. We had to ask for new sheets for one of our beds because they were dirty so they did both beds. I wasn't to pleased with the bathroom, they had peeled seeling and some stains around the perimeter.

Pool was clean. Freshly painted area. New clean carpets. Room had fresh carpets. NEw shower. Huge improvement from 2023 when I swore to never stay there again.

Parking around back. Not safe for single person.prefer to enter from from t desk and have room nearer desk for safety. Long walk to and from pool.

"Froze, cold, didn’t sleep. Too cold"

They had a room available due to being stuck in Stratford due to weather.

There was NO heat in the room. Froze all night. Had to ask for more blankets and still froze. Heater wasn’t on when entering the room and it was -40 outside. Heater didn’t even warm up the room.

Room was cold and musty smelling, the sauna was not hot and the desk person did not turn it up or ensure it would be hot we chose to leave and not stay overnight
