"Wouldn’t stay again unless updated"

Location.Friendly staff.

Stayed at this hotel a few times in the past but quite shocked at how rundown it has become.It wasn’t very busy,.The corridors and rooms had an overwhelming odour.Cleanliness left a lot to be desired.Wall paper hanging off the walls.restaurant was closed,usually included breakfast in the price but paid the same but no food available.Needs a huge renovation.

"I spent as much time outside as possible just to avoid being in my room, except when sleeping."

No food within the facility.

The experience was very disappointing. The windows didn’t open, and the room had a bad smell from the start. There was no safe, and the bathroom sink gave off a sewage odor. Every 30–60 minutes there was a loud banging sound that woke me up multiple times during the night. Housekeeping never actually cleaned the room or bathroom—only made the bed each morning. The towels were old, overused, and even discolored. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff were great. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, mall and Tim Hortons.

The room had a carpet and had a bit of a musty smell at first.
