Rodeway Inn Festival

The setting and room lication was ideal for my needs. The front desk staff were very accommodating in switching rooms for wedding guests to be closer together.

The lack of attention to cleaning service in the room. After night one, none of the 3 rooms we had booked received attention...no fresh towels, garbage removal, glasses etc. No one showed up despite signs on the doors requesting service. Very disappointing in an otherwise pleasant experience. Restaurant and lounge under construction and closed.

Location is very good. Parking is convenient.

The towels were stained from previous users and smelled stale and dirty. The bed's edge felt like a protruding piece of metal frame on the edge; obviously very old mattress. The fitting sheet was wrinkled and looked as it it wasn't changed from the previous usage. The room smelled like tobacco.

Room was comfortable but overpriced. quiet setting, we were not disturbed by other patrons I liked that they had coffee and filtered water in the lobby

way overpriced. I asked about getting a lower rate with CAA and / or Choice Hotels card, and they told me "I was given the best rate possible because I booked through Booking.com" My friends who called and booked through front desk paid over $80 LESS than I did!?!?!?! Our other group of friends who booked through booking.com paid $40 LESS than I did !?!?!?! I was very disappointed to hear this, at check-out that they paid so much less than I did, for the exact same rooms! I would like someone to look into that.

There was no breakfast available Dining room closed …. Went to McDonald s ( nice touch to include at least coffee / tea in the lobby area/ tv too) ( Hotel discount at Stacked was a nice bonus ) Sheltered pool & sauna was very good to have ( please hang a clock in the pool area to keep track of time 👍) Staff courteous and helpful Hotel itself could use a little updating , but generally clean and comfortable / quiet. Good value compared to other hotels in area Main reason we stayed. Sheltered Pool nice bonus … Staff: very good.

Hotel itself could use a little updating ( lots of chunky stucco on walls / ceiling ) Location and property was in commercial area on a busy street but nothing can change that. Positive : 10 minute drive to downtown core to see shows

Location was excellent. Easy to find and come and go from highway and downtown. Room was very comfortable and tidy to relax. People are nice and welcomed.
