Island Escape Burasari

There’s a lot to love about this resort - Lagoon villa - excellent, spacious and clean but the highlight is sitting on the veranda early morning watching the lagoon come alive with birds - during our 4 days we’ve seen so many beautiful birds including a pair of kingfishers, bee eaters, golden oriole, stork, pacific swallows, great egrets, greater coucal, little heron, and many more. Plus a couple of monitor lizards. Breakfast food was lovely, plenty of choice and very fresh. We are at the seafood/Thai restaurant on the beach a couple of times and the food was really delicious. However, There are some things that let the resort down Our speedboat to the resort was full, which meant a lot of people arriving to check in at once - which was rather chaotic and limited explanation of how things worked. Breakfast on our first morning was again chaotic with many tables left full of dirty dishes, and unattended. There didn’t appear to be enough staff to accommodate. We only tried a couple of cocktails but they were both awful, and a glass of wine at the pool bar was served warm and in dirty/old plastic wine glasses. The bar staff (with the exception of the beach bar guy- who was lovely) appeared disinterested and surly. Overall, we’ve had a very enjoyable stay and with a few small improvements this could be perfect.

Dobre miejsce i hotel na kilkudniową ucieczke od zgiełku (transport szybką łodzią z mariny w cenie pokoju). Polecam pokój nad ogromnym basenem, najlepiej z bezposrednim dostępem do niego i wykupienie posiłków HB. Raczej z nastawieniem ze pozostaje sie caly czas w hotelu. Ciekawa oferta zajec sportowych, ładny basen infinity. Na plaży (spore pływy) ostrzezenie o plaszczkach i zamulona woda. Dobre jedzenie, kilka restauracji. Napoje platne dodatkowo. Melexy rozwożą po sporym terenie hotelu.

I don’t think the property is fully represented on Booking, because it is actually much more beautiful, higher quality, and more welcoming than it appears in the photos. The staff are amazing, the activities are outstanding, and everyone treats guests with genuine warmth and respect. They are all incredibly friendly, and we truly loved every one of them. Special thanks to Roy, the bartender at the pool, and to the animation team—Rorg, Don, Meen, and Mook. We won’t forget you, my friends. :)

Everything was great, but the food prices—especially the dinner buffet—are a bit on the expensive side. It would be nice if some adjustments could be made.

Kahvaltısı doğal olarak çok bize hitap etmiyordu damak zevklerimiz baya farklı. Fakat onun dışında her şeyiyle mükemmel bir tatil yaşadık, pişmanlığımız uzun süre kalmayışımız oldu. Ordan ayrılırken çok üzgündük. Eksik bilgiler var bookingde çok fazla şey vardı otelin kendi hizmetinde ücretsiz olarak sporlar, danslar, kayıkla gezmeler, bunlardan bahsedilmemiş mesela. 1 hafta kendinizi otele kapatıp hiç sıkılmadan güvenle tatil yapabilirsiniz. Gidişinizi ve dönüşünüzü takmayın kafaya aşırı rahat ulaşımı, güler yüzünüzü eksik etmeyin yüzünüzden herkes yardımcı oluyor her konuda. Bizim sabah uçağımız 9:40taydı havaalanıyla aramız 45 dk 1 saatti yarım saatte gittik ve transferlerimizi otel ayarladı çok komik rakamlara. Günün her saatinde 24:00 a kadar botlarla ulaşımları var bize gelen mailde ücretli görünüyordu ama hepsi ücretsizdi. Bunlar gözünüzü korkutmasın, gidin ve anı yaşayın. Daha fazla güzelliklerinden bahsetmeyeceğim gidip yaşamanız daha keyifli olacak sponsorlu bir yorum olduğunu düşünmeniz bizi üzer😂 barmen Rorg, su sporlarıyla ve karadaki sporlarla bizimle ilgilenen ve aşırı keyifli zaman geçirmemize sebep olan Don , Meen ve Mook ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. (Denizanası yüzünden bi kaç yerimde kızarıklar vardı bize sormadan hemen sağlık ekiplerini çağırıp müdahale ettirdiler, tamamen steril ve kibar bir ekiple tedavide bulundular Don ve meen yeri bu yüzden çok ayrı bizim için)

Akşam yemeği satın almamıştık fiyatları bi tık pahalıydı otelin kendi akşam yemeğini ekstra istersen 999 baht kişi başı. 2 ayrı restorantı daha var fakat biri tai mutfağı bize hitap etmeyen diğeri İtalyan mutfağı minimum margarita 350 baht. Otel dışında etraftaki restoranlar da menüsü bizlik değildi ve çok uzaktaydı. Tek hayal kırıklığını orda yaşadık onun dışında 10/10 tatildi.

The customer service is excellent. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming & helpful. Also, the buggy drivers. I truly had a wonderful experience.

Room temperatures seem to be ser at different levels. 21c is comfortable over 18c - I found the aircon at this level made the bedsheets feel damp.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Thailand. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the amazing cleaning staff, they did a fantastic job every day, and everything was always spotless thanks to their kindness and dedication. I would also like to highlight Moon, who was especially friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall, it was a truly beautiful experience. The hotel is lovely, and Thailand itself is such a stunning country. I would definitely recommend staying here! 🌅🇹🇭
