Island Escape Burasari

We have been here for 10 nights and one more to go however don’t want to leave. Everything is perfect. Fab setting away from city so much cooler being by the water. We are on all inclusive plan and still not sick of food. So much variety. So beautifully presented and so tasty. Staff are amazing. They recognize you and remember your drink of choice. They even remember your past meals and offer new suggestions. Activity team are great and have helped me learn Thai boxing. Room is quiet and great shower which is a necessity. Enjoyed our massage in a beautiful spa atmosphere. We are celebrating new year today with unique food parade fire show etc. very exciting. You will so enjoy.

Lots of nature - great place to disconnect

Unfortunately, our overall service experience did not fully meet expectations. We found that communication was sometimes challenging, as the staff’s level of English was quite limited, and there were few proactive check-ins to see if we were enjoying our stay or needed any assistance. We requested a buggy several times and were informed they were all in use, however there was no follow-up once one became available. I also attempted to speak with a manager, but unfortunately none was available at the time. Additionally, we had to change rooms during our stay, and it would have been appreciated to receive a courtesy call to check if we were comfortable and satisfied with the new room. Overall, we felt that a bit more follow-up and attention to guest requests would have made a significant difference to our experience.

Great place, our second time stay. Room is comfortable and was cleaner this time. Food was good, staff is friendly.

The deal was All inclusive - in theory, in practice- not really, for half of the menu you have to pay 50% of the cost, anything that has beef in it, so for a week being there, I couldn't afford eat meat. The staff in the restaurant treated us with arrogance once they knew we are on all inclusive package, felt like a criminal as they point out straight away, you cannot order anything you want. This is unfair, as all inclusive package is already expensive, why to offer it, because in this word is "ALL"

Thai boxing with Mus, Lee, zoo, and don on the beach was really good and highly recommend
