Top Class , everything was perfect
Our stay was exceptional, from check in ,service and atmosphere we loved it. The food cocktails and prosecco was 1st class . The kids club , swimming pool and pony riding really impressed the kids . We really didn't want to leave . I would go back in a heat beat. Marie was so professional nothing was untainable. We can't wait to return

Besides the view of Dunloe - unbelievably disappointing. Poor standard room that had dead flies in the window inside, bird dirt all over the balcony, chipped indoor window sill that badly needed a lick of paint. A general feeling of discomfort with the room - it is not at all on par with price. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all fine but nothing too memorable. More than willing to take account of the pandemic and that it takes time to get back into the swing of it after such a difficult period but tor the money it just didn’t cut it. This is not a 5 star hotel. Not even a 4 in my opinion.
Beautiful location and hotel, lots of facilities and lovely decor and ambience. Since opening, staff service in restaurant detracted from our stay, not experienced, and lots of errors. Food when arrived was excellent, just not at the right time for all guests, and too much back and forth. Bedroom was ok, but chair was stained, and devan valance, expected a more for 5 star experience. Management responded but didn't sufficiently manage wait staff to ensure the full experience. I'm sure will improve over time, shame though, as we have been regular visitors for many years.
Exception service, super kids club and wonderful amenities
Our daughter was upset at leaving. She had such an amazing time with Emma in the Kids club. The cleaners where great, normal clean room but siting the teddies up in the morning and putting them in the bed at turn down was a nice touch. We enjoyed horse ridding with Bob and the team. Food was good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was to the standard you expect. Check in, out was fast and personal. Location was perfect. Swimming pool, playground, kids room all good.
