Hotel is newly refurbished to an outstanding level. The staff were great and also the food was beautiful. Lots of activities for the kids, indoor play area, kids club, pool and huge outdoor playground. Loads of beautiful light brown horses in the surrounding fields and an unreal view of the gap of Dunloe.
Simply amazing! Spectacular natural setting, great hotel amenities, and probably the best hotel staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Every interaction was fantastic. The Dunloe describes itself as Family Friendly, but the staff, the activities (fishing, horseback rides, fairy trail, playground, indoor swimming pool) and the thoughtfulness of the programming (including a free Kids Club, a supervised movie night and an early Kids buffet dinner) made it a really unique stop on our family holdiay. But in delivering this experience, they don't sacrifice the quality of experience for adults. The restaurant and bar were both fantastic as well, the spa was first class and the hiking in the area is famous. I will definitely come back.

The service is second to none. This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at!! Wonderful rooms, spectacular views, great food, outstanding pool, manicured grounds. If there is one downfall it's the fitness room. Only cardio equipment .

Very family orientated .the adjoining rooms were spacious and added bonus of the 2nd bathroom in the kids bedroom .lots of activities to do .Staff were excellent .Food was out of this world .Would go back again .A lovely experience ..
