Everything! Fantastic location!!! The bathroom came with some toiletries and sufficient toilet paper. There were lots of towels. The lounge/kitchen/diner had plenty of room for two. Kitchen equipment for cooking and eating included lots of crockery and cooking pans. Dishwasher works well. (No tabs). On the bookshelf there was even a guide book in English for us to use! King size bed super comfortable. Lots of storage space. Bedside lamps worked well. Double glazing kept the apartment quiet at night. Lift works well.

Located in the center of the lovely Bologna, it was clean and nice

Everything thing went smoothly and communication was constant.

basic supplies like salt, pepper, dishwasher and laundry detergent were missing. This is sometimes just a matter of luck according to what previous visitors choose to leave behind. So, perhaps we were just unlucky?

The host was very informative and the accommodation was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect.

The bathroom needs maintenance

The best location. Everything near by. A bit smaller than what it seems in the photo, but still a nice new apartment, in a very old building.

There were hair and stains at the pillow cases. Also there was a smell like mold in the bedroom , especially when we open the air -condition, but when we let the windows open and without air condition was ok. The lights of the bedroom didn't work.

location. shower. communication. lift to first floor with luggage. safe and secure. bed comfortable. air con good.

blinds were difficult to use. no airer for washing to hang. broken toilet seat fitting. bedroom lights didn’t work. just needed some TLC.

The apartment is central a few steps from Maggiori Plaza. Literally surrounded by deli's and cafe's. The apartment is private and secure with a lift service and a concierge at the door. All in all our 2 week stay was very enjoyable at the apartment.

It can be noisy on the streets at night but the double glazed windows help a lot when closed. The kitchen could do with a microwave oven as there is only a hotplate. There is no coffee machine but there is a coffee percolator. The bed pillows were not up to standard as being overly soft. There was a used role of toilet on arrival with no spare for our 2 week stay. No.soap holder in the bathroom. There was no welcome pack to get us started which would have been appreciated.
