The location and the cleanliness. It was easy to coordinate our arrival and departure and able to do washing during our stay too!

It was a little noisy at night but once the windows were closed it was fine. No tea or coffee in the apartment.

A beautiful and quiet apartment right in the centre of Bologna. Minutes from the Piazza Maggiore, numerous interesting small streets and a market. Our rendezvous with our greeter worked perfectly, and she was very helpful with providing advice and a map of Bologna

On top of that the team created unnecessary stress on check in and check out times with suggested extra costs and they were never present.
