Excellent location, reliable air conditioning, bed comfort, bidet, elevator, quiet despite busy location.

Cramped, cheap finishings, no microwave (implied by the term kitchenette), dead batteries in remote controls, no starter items (salt, pepper, etc) as is usual in rental apartments, no area info. Generally unappealing. A good place to sleep, but not much more

Excellent location surrounded by lots of eateries and very close to Piazza Maggiore. The air conditioner worked great and the unit was well equipped for a few days stay. The people of Bologna were as wonderful as the food.

The bed was absolutely horrible. The worst we have had. We barely slept the four nights we were there. The mattress was incredibly firm and thin and offered no support. We also would have appreciated a blanket on the beds instead of only sheets.

Fantastic location! Nice air conditioning and spacious apartment

Well, I didn’t like that. I had to wait for an hour before I got into an apartment, which wasn’t the one that I booked unfortunately there was. A mixup and the apartment that I was supposed to have was double booked. So after a day of the trains being late and then turning up to meet the host who was very nice by the way and sitting around for an hour waiting for the managerto turn up and check what was going on. Obviously, I wasn’t too happy.. But to be fair shit happens so I’m not that angry and the apartment that I got in the end was fine

The location is great. The appliances worked well. I would go again next time I visit Bologna.

Nothing to mention

The apartment is located right in the city center, which is its main advantage. The design of the apartment is nice, and the contact person was friendly and cooperative.

The online check-in form is quite extensive—bank KYC might even seem easier in comparison. I’m not sure it’s very guest-friendly to keep using such a form. However, the contact person for the apartment was friendly, cooperative, and assisted with filling it out. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. It was dusty, and I had to clean the bathroom surfaces myself just to hang a towel on the rail or place cosmetics. There was mold in the wardrobe in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Overall, the apartment gave the impression that it needed a thorough cleaning—I felt like washing the floors and all the surfaces. Additionally, the walls no longer look white, with visible dirt and marks. The apartment definitely needs to be refreshed and cleaned more thoroughly for future guests.

The location in the middle of the historic centre was exceptional. Everything we needed was a short walk. It raised our concern that there may be a lot of noise at night however the double glazed windows did a magnificent job of shutting out the street noise. It was also very cosy and warm with a number of radiators and split system air conditioners.

There were absolutely no supplies of any kind - tea bags, sugar, milk, coffee. It felt like a lack of hospitality.
