Ceck in farraginoso Ceck out rigidissimo alle 10 Acqua caldi a tratti Non era presente neanche una bustina di zucchero té o caffè nemmeno una bottiglia d acqua non mi era mai capitato Ancora sto aspettando di ricevere un caricabatterie lasciato in camera per la cui spedizione ho pagato 15 euro extra con una procedura farraginosa

Fantastic location 2 mins from Piazza Maggiore and Fountain of Neptune. Perfect to explore Bologna. Accommodating and responsive service. Comfortable and clean apartment. Spotless linen and towels.

The electric kettle needs descaling. The boiled water had a layer of white lime sediment. Could it find any plates in the apartment cupboards.

The absolute best location right in the heart of all the action and in a nice building.. Compact but well appointed apartment with everything you need for your stay. The double glazed doors were great as it can be quite noisy. Noa greeted us and communicated well.

The apartment is a bit tired and needs some TLC. Some basic instructions on the apartment would have been appreciated. Also, someone needs to check that everything works. The TV in the bedroom couldn't be used, presumably the batteries in the remote were flat. Despite having used Netflix in apartments all over Europe, we weren't able to use it on the main TV. The TV just stopped functioning altogether when trying to access it. One of the bedside lamps didn't work either.
