I paid and struggled to get hold of the owner. I stood at the gate for 30min while trying to get hold of the owner. I eventually canceled the accommodation. I requested a refund. I haven't heard back from them. How is this any standard? Oh I also had to verify myself after booking through Booking.com, it's the first time ever...

Terrible experience.

Nice location near all places of interest. It accommodated all my family members

Kitchen outdated . All taps need attention. Then we had no electricity from around 24hoo until 9h15 when we were awake and cold

The sink was old The washing machine seemed filthy The mat in the main room was filthy The place didn't smell great and towels were not smelling good

"Really nice and central for racing Ironman"

The blinds in both rooms could not close and was very rusty which makes it difficult to sleep we had to cover the windows with a blanket. Gave this feedback to the host already.

The area and safety

The egg lifter was broken when I was arrived but they want me to buy ..Even ironing board was broken .And I reported ironing board because we use table to iron our clothes

It’s located in a really good area and was quite close to where I needed to be.

The pictures do not match the actual place. Everything is old and outdated. There is rust in the toilet, rust in the shower. Old looking kitchen cabinets. The ironing board is broken.
