Ocean Coast Hotel at the Beach Amelia Island

The amenities were great. I appreciated the beach wagon and the bikes. The front desk clerk was very helpful.

The mattresses were not the most comfortable. Despite running the ac and the mild temperatures, the unit felt constantly humid. That was rather uncomfortable

Location and price

The fact that there was partying going on in the room next to me all night and the guys outside my room demanding money to pass to my room.

Nasty, charged for parking my vehicle, double booked room

Hot tub didn’t work no coffee pot in the rooms the floors were so dirty bikes were not as pictured asked for a refund but didn’t get one because we booked through booking instead of the hotel directly no vending machines no bar as pictured pool was freezing

Dirty and run down. They charge for parking. Over booked rooms. No coffee maker
