Quality Inn Wenatchee-Leavenworth

The room had a door that closed and locked.

Everything had stains or smells, my pillow had blood on it, the floor and sheets had sexual stains. The towels smelled like beer. The windows were so thin I could hear a cat meowing from miles away. Their was no silence in this hotel.

I paid for my room at the hotel earlier in the day. When I went to check in they said they couldn't find the reservation or the charge that I paid and have refused to refund it. I've disputed it with my credit card company.

My wife’s license was never given back to her. She didn’t realize it until 2 days later. When we called them to see if it was there the lady just laughed. She did admit it was there. When we asked if it could be mailed back to us she said “I can’t do that.” Then hung up on us. We called back and asked to talk to a manager, she said no and hung up again.

The staff were amazing super nice. The pool was amazing too and rooms were super clean😁

Better than what we expected on this price range. Very clean, quiet, kind & responsive staff, good mattress, too. Bigger than expected swimming pool.

The Halloween decoration in the upper corners of the room I stayed in #128 cobwebs in three of the four corners of the room it is not a deal breaker but perhaps a training issue

My room and the hallway also the paking lot was very clean can’t complain about anything and FRONT DESK service was awesome too I will come back.👍🏽
