The bed was comfortable

The fact that when we checked in the staff was very rude. When get the key to room we was still settling in my bf took wheels off bike was bringing them inn. The guy that checked in. Was at our door and saying that he couldn't bring tires inside and tires was not even dirty. He got all hostile with us and just made that the entire stay uncomfortable. Okay then when it was time to check out in the morning I'm just returning the keys and he does this room check he comes back and says he's not giving my deposit back which is I look why not I need to continue saying that the room was dirty I was at the room is dirty okay so what he's considering the room dirty ends with t TO BYhe night we stayed I went to Taco Bell got some some meals which had the boxes on the garbage Kansas in the room or not big enough the original no extra bags in the garbage so we'll put the boxes stacked up next to the garbage can he said that wasn't that was dirty only and there was a couple crumbs on the on the chair I'm not smidge into the chair nothing was moved into the floor nothing but he's saying that that was so when I get back with him cuz he comes back to keep my deposit I thought the deposit was for damaged not putting garbage it was awful office day and then I checked my car my app for my card and I know this he took out not only. But he wasn't just keeping the 50 dollars deposit but he took it another $50 to me and I looked into it that is illegal illegal it's a fed fraudulent act.a that situation so yeah if it just was all bad the place is all bad all bad

Staff was absolutely disrespectful and rude, upon arrival we were told our online booking was not there, the guests in front of us were having the same issue, upon getting our room booked the room itself was ok, slightly dirty on the walls and sink but that was it. At around midnight we asked to extend our stay another night since we had a late night and early check out would not work, we were brushed off and told come back at 8:30 am. At 8:30 when we went to the desk to extend our stay there was no one there, so we went to the room and called the desk about 20 minutes later. A lady answered and got us booked for another night. We left for two hours to do somethings around town, we came back to an empty room. All belongings gone and being rushed out of the room because of “unauthorized” conditions. We then were told we never made a second reservation, and when asked about belongings being gone the Manager of the building became very loud and aggressive saying that this is our fault and on us, fired the house keeper whom cleaned our room gave us, most of our belongings saying “the rest can not be found” and the manager told us to not return and we would receive a refund. The whole stay we got met with disrespectful behavior and anger by the staff, and to have our belongings stolen and being given a ban is highly unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here.
