Quality Inn Wenatchee-Leavenworth

The bed was comfortable.

The carpet going up the stairs is wore out and old. The tv in they're room was small. Missing handle on the Armour i mean you can buy them right down the street at home depot. Then I go down at 6 for breakfast the gravy was cold, the waffle iron wasn't even preheated. There was out dated yogurt in the fridge. The worst of it all was pouring a glass of milk taking a drink to find out it was spoiled. This was truly the worst experience I have ever had!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the hot breakfast food items. Staff was attentive and constantly checking and refilling food.

The building is old. Carpets also reflect the age of the building. It could be a little cleaner.

Location was good. Price fair

From the time we arrived, Sunday mid day until we left on Tuesday morning the trash was PILED up to the point it was blocking the entrance door. The staff did not seem to think it was a big deal. They were putting the safety of guests at risk. At one point T I even offered to remove the trash. When asking the front desk again she shrugged me off, and said, “ We have other fires to put out”. Extremely Dissatisfied with that aspect. I really would like to call the health department in Wenatchee. :(

The Refrigerator did not work which wasn't good, but the worst was all the gargage piled up outside. The garbage cans on both back doors was overflowing and all over the ground. Very disgusting!!!

The ladies at the desk were nice and the cleaning ladies were nice
