Breakfast was just OK, nothing special

No hot water. How can you run a hotel without hot water for the guests especially during this time of the season (month of October) when the temperature is dipping to cold weather.

Location, breakfast, staff everything great. My daughter left her stuffy and we found out couple hours later checkout, I called and I’m so grateful that they found it and we were able to pick it up. Thank you so much.

There was garbage under the beds, but I told them at checkout and they said they would talk with housekeeping about it.

Me siento estafado por este lugar, llegue hacer el check in, pero la mujer de recepcion me dijo que debia dejar un deposito, lo intente hacer en efectivo me dijo que no se podia, intente realizarlo con una tarjeta diferente a la utilizada para hacer la reserva se comunico con su superior y no autorizo, me dijo al siguiente dia me devolverian el dinero a mi cuenta, escribi el correo para el reintegro y me dijeron que no se podia hacer pues era culpa mia.

La atencion del personal, son deshonestos.

The Booking price through booking.com was fair and the prices of the onsite guest laundry services were very affordable compared to all the local laundry mats. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, any issues that arose were resolved promptly and efficiently by the staff.

The TV remote didn’t work, one of the lamps would not turn on and there was a replenishment of toilet paper and we ran out within two uses

Do NOT stay here! We had a horrendous stay at this location. The rooms were filthy, disgusting, and downright unhealthy. It had clearly not been cleaned in ages. There were dust, dirt, mold, and cigarette burns everywhere. There was no hot water and the microwave and refrigerator were broken. Worst of all there were clearly blood stains on the carpet . We talked to the main desk about the lack of cleanliness. They were completely unresponsive. The did not send anyone to clean the room nor refund our money so we could stay elsewhere. We had to buy blankets to cover the beds and slept on them. Horribly discusting.
