ZAZAZAZAZAZALate checkin was well accommodated and despite the issue, the staff was positive.
I booked a family room with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. Arrived to find 1 double bed and a bunk bed. I booked because I was travelling with two elderly people and the change in layout was not conducive, what was paid for, or booked for. No change was offered and after query, was told there was nothing they can do - its bookig.com who displays the room configuration wrong. Hotel was full and nothing could be done. It was 22.15 - no refund available and no other options at late hour. Poor Poor showing.
