There was no electricity
ZAZAThe staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot some of my clothes in the room and I managed to get the clothes back 2 days later. 10/10 for honesty!

I was sent a message late at night to be told that I did not have a reservation anymore as I did not communicate that I would check in the afternoon. The manner in which the lady handled it was not okay for me. I had checked in just before 12 midday and had also settled the booking fee. I was truly disturbed to imagine that I was not going to find accommodation at the 11th hour. It was festival weekend and most accommodation were booked off. All this to capital on last minutes availability of the unit for a higher rate for the hotel.
