ZA- Great Host - Good Location - Clean Rooms
- Beds are a bit too hard - Linen needs changing (a bit off colour) - shower heads in one of the rooms small and water not flowing out nicely
ZAZAZAStaff is friendly and helpful. Pool is clean and garden is beautiful. Had a great time!
The showerhead in the family room were uncomfotable to use.

The beds are not comfortable. Some of the corners did not have bed legs and when you turn at night the beds makes a noise
ZA1st stayed at Palm lodge in 2019, visiting Bloemfontein for a friend's wedding. The lodge was spotless and we enjoyed our stay then. Luyanda was quick to updated the stay to include the kids who the app didn't include. The lodge is a close walking distance to mimosa mall so we headed there for breakfast at mugg and bean
5 years later a lot seems to have changed. Door frames are chipped, towels are turning brown, carpet made the atmosphere seem dreary as they need a deep cleanse or to be changed into tiles. The ice tray had mould, the sheets were not even bordering on cream white. The shower seem to leak outside into the floor and this meant 1 towel used to soak up the water . Not even 1 complimentary bottle of water .
ZAZAIt was neat and clean. Really nice.
The room was for 3 people, but we only received towels for 2 people.
