We are at the restaurant in the basement for lunch and got coffee in the morning All very good

The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was central Kitchener. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Noise- none of us slept. Weve all travelled extensively and were surprised by how loud outside noise travelled (even with ear plugs and noise machines going). Will caveat this was wintertime and a streetplow kept coming by so maybe absent the plow the other typical street noise would have been manageable. I also note we faced street so perhaps if your room faced inner courtyard or back might have been quieter.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was pretty and well-appointed. The breakfast and dinner that we had in the basement restaurant were delicious. All the staff we interacted with were very kind and very helpful. One staff member even let me borrow a book from the lobby display. Thank you!

There were not enough hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang up towels or our toiletry kits. The only window in our room was partially blocked by the bed. The room could habe been configured differently so that the bed was on another wall and then the full window could be seen. On our second morning, the vent hood in the kitchen was down and we could not have breakfast there.

Muito charmoso e agradável o hotel, muito boa localização e pessoal muito prestativo e eficiente.

Falta luz para ler no quarto. Um detalhe que não prejudicou em nada a estadia, mas registro apenas para dizer que seria recomendável uma luminária com luz mais forte. As acomodações são excelentes.

Café da manhã muito bom. Hotel com instalações muito charmosas. Gostei especialmente do fato do quarto não ter carpete.

The room was spotless and welcoming, with lots of personality in details like the quirky wallpaper. I want to acknowledge that the staff member at the front desk, Juliet, was incredibly personable and helpful! She answered questions about near-by pubs and was a total pro! We were really impressed by this hotel and would certainly recommend it. Super value for the boutique feel. :D
