"Nicely maintained hotel with a few minor annoyances"

We stayed on a weeknight in February (holiday weekend). We had no issues parking in the nearby garage which was easy to locate. The walk from the garage is only about 2 minutes through an alleyway. The front staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Our room faced Queen St and suffered a bit from street-level noise at night (4th floor) -- even on a quiet weeknight. The shower in the bathroom was barely warm at its hottest setting. The in-room thermostat could not be lowered more than 1C from its default 22C setting, which was too warm for sleeping (YMMV). Overall, given the rate (i.e. low season) it slightly exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range (and this day and age when even a budget hotel can easily hit $150/night). The standout was probably the breakfast at the nearby TWH Social restaurant which I strongly recommend.

Room was great value. Our restaurant experience was excellent especially our serve staff. Hotel employees caring helpful and friendly. They do need to improve their final billing experience. Almost a week later I am still waiting for the correct charges to appear on our Visa for our food stay and parking. We will return in future if our billing is correctly processed.

Location was excellent. Room very clean & spacious! Bathroom also fabulous

In the room, there was no place to put the suitcase such as a luggage rack. There were not drawers to put your clothes/ things. Therefore everything ended up on the floor.

Beautiful property with nice character combined with modern bathroom. High ceilings. Staff excellent!

Hard to adjust water in shower. Make sure you use the wand and point away from yourself.
