Excellent place to stay. Central location, Clean and Staff very helpful. Did not participate in any dining features as there were so mamy close by.

Rooms were clean

Very noisy. Street noise and you can hear every footstep of the people in the rooms above. Rooms are fine and clean but small. No security. No card access on elevator and didn’t seem very secure given location.

Location was excellent (right downtown) and rooms and atmosphere was great. The room was clean, cozy and modern feeling. There were a few uncleaned lipstick marks in the bathroom though…! If you want less noise take a room that does not look out onto the main street. The restaurant was excellent and the chef was great and even adapted his meal to my dietary needs and came to see if I had enjoyed it! The service was excellent in the restaurant downstairs. The front desk workers were not very proactive about telling us there was an issue with the hot water. We spent two days taking cold showers and nothing was offered to us to compensate until we asked. I was asked not to share the discount I got for the inconvenience with my friends as they did not want to give an additional discount to others who had the same issue. That felt very unprofessional and lacking in honesty. Disappointing!

The staff at the front desk was so helpful and went the extra mile and hotel is clean and great location!!!

Although we did get a valet spot the parking isn't the best

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy room, and I loved the cute little touches that made me feel welcome in a strange city.
