Had to request a space heater for our room as it was very chilly and the thermostat appeared to be not working properly

Top notch staff provided excellent customer service. Great food and interesting meeting space that stands out from the average.

When checking into The Walper Hotel, the staff were welcoming and insightful when I needed help with the administrative portions of checking in like payment of the room and the length of my stay properly explaining that they would need to check ID to make sure my ID did match the person that was on the reservation. After checking in, the status of the room was quite clean. The bed, washroom and nightstands were well kept and in good order. The only complaint I would have, was the lack of soundproofing of the rooms as I was able to sometimes hear the hallways and the noise from outside rather well. Having understood the context that The Walper Hotel has been in service since 1893, I understood that soundproofing rooms could be challenging so if I needed to play music, I just kept a pair of headphones on at all times. Checking out was smooth, Jelena made sure that the checkout process went well and even asked me how my stay at the hotel was for a wedding. Asking about the cleanliness of the room to the quality of service to which I told it that everything went smoothly and the quality of service was excellent.

Hotel super duper cool, room was awesome (bath was a little small). Parking is a bit weird, they will charge you if you dare to the car

Хорошее расположение, номер просторный. Я не люблю ковровое покрытие полов, в нашем номере был паркет!

К завтраку подают только один напиток. На выбор кофе или сок. Это нам стало известно только тогда как принесли счет за сок. Апельсиновый сок из концентрата в 4 звездочном отеле это неприлично!!! Заплатить за него пришлось, но пить не хотелось.
