A beautiful and inviting property in the heart of Kitchener. Each time I walked in the lobby the elevator was waiting to take me to my floor. Such a thoughtful feature.

The Staff at the Front Desk were very friendly and went out of their way to help us.

The noise from the motorcycles but after 9:00 it stopped.
