Roami at Hotel Astor

Room was clean, hot water on the sink didn’t work. pool was dirty and no filter running on it to keep it clean. Only until I emailed them about it was some what taken care of but not were somebody would get it in. There is no ice machine at this property, all tho there is a small fridge inside the room ice is important in a place with 100 degree weather. The guy Steve managing the property did the best he could and was very helpful. They’re lucky to have him working there. There is no elevator at this property in working order. So if you’re on floors 2&3 you have to take the stairs with your suitcase. I have stood here not having these problems before. I f they fix these things I would stay again due to it being in a great location for everything around including a CVS directly across the street.

Could not access front door with access code given.

This hotel was the absolute WORST! I don’t recommend no one to stay here ! I’m room was disgusting! I stayed for two nights and never again . Nobody was in the lobby when me and my sister got there. No manager in the building. They won’t put us in another room. Stains on furniture. Expedia said I couldn’t get a refund and if I cancelled I’ll be charged a fee even after I called and stated my concerns about the hotel . They didn’t clean our room or send us fresh towels and things like that . Room or building was in a condition to let anyone stay there . They were under construction!! PLEASE DONT STAY HERE AND THEY LOCKED US OUT TWICE FROM THE BUILDING LOBBY !
