"Fantastic and unexpectedly beautiful!"

The property is beautiful and modern but with a Sicilian touch. The room and bathroom are big and it is like a studio apartment. The location is great too!

The digital key is a good idea but there needs to be better instructions provided. We were provided a normal key quickly and the service to help us out was attentive.

The location was excellent, made it so early to get around town.

The actual location didn't match the location on booking.com so this made it difficult to check in. The shower floor was a bit dirty looking (I'm sure it was clean though!).

"Disappointing"

Big room, full kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

No lift, need to carry all luggages up the stairs. Broken heater, take a few days to fix. No parking near by, need to carry luggages from a distance to this location.

The location was good and the room was clean.

Wii Fi did not work. There was no mention of access when booking the accommodation, instead we were informed in the message prior to our arrival that there was no elevator and we would have to carry our luggage up three extremely narrow flights of stairs. This is not a problem if you are travelling light, however we are an older couple who were holidaying from the other side of the world for 4 weeks. Finally I’m sure that guests would appreciate some quality pillows.
