La literie est très confortable, les équipements (wifi, frigo, congélateur, sèche cheveux, coffre) sont très biens, il y a de nombreux produits à disposition (pyjamas, chaussons, chausse pied, brosse à dent, dentifrice, brosse, rasoirs, cotons démaquillants, bloc note, stylo, thé, café ...), une machine à café est en libre service au rdc, l'hôtel est proche de différents arrêts de bus. Le personnel est très agréable et aidant ! (nous avions un soucis de bagage avec une autre société ils ont été très à l'écoute ils ont pris le relais et résolu notre problème) Nous avons aussi été bien conseillés sur les restaurant à proximité Nous n'en avons pas eu besoin mais on peut aussi consulter sur place des guides en anglais pour visiter la ville. Nous relogeront sans hésiter ici si nous revenons à Kyoto !

Staff good! good location! Bed comfy! Well equipped! Good shuttle service to hotel only! Ten minute walk to closest subway! Markets 15minutes walk

Dark room not enough natural light in the room where we stayed! One hard pillow and one was super soft! Wi-fi in rooms not secure you have to go to lobby to get secire wi-fi

Todo estuvo muy bueno.

Lo unico que no me gustó es que me cobraban por cambiar las sabanas porque mi hijo las vomitó. Entonces finalmente me tocó dormir asi.
