- Very large, modern room with great facilities including a kitchen and big bathroom. - Perfect location, in a quiet neighbourhood with a few nice shops and restaurants but still very well connected.

Unfortunately I had a stressful experience upon check out when attempting to forward my luggage. Despite checking with the hotel beforehand, the staff member on reception said he could not help me forward my luggage and sent me to a nearby seven eleven instead. This took quite a while and was awkward, and I almost missed my train because of it. When I put this incident to the hotel they did not give me a satisfying reason for why it happened (for example, suggesting that I went to the reception out of their 2pm-8am hours, when it was 6:45am).

The residence concept . Even if the space was small everything was settled in the right place.

small room for two adults with a kid. No laundry available in the resort but only outside. No flexibility policy : even asking one more tea bag was not allowed.

Location. Close to subway. Room size. Cleanliness. Room was great with kitchenette and separate toilet to bathroom. Coffee machine in reception area.

More of an apartment experience than hotel. Reliance on codes with minimal staff around.
