RESI STAY Mayu Grace Hotel

Great size room, comfortable and clean.

Front desk rarely staffed.

Great location, very helpful staff, and easy to use everything.

The room was super spacious. We have a rambunctious 4 year old who could run around. There was a kitchen, fridge, bathroom and separate toilet room. All of it was sparkling clean and new. There were umbrellas we used when it was raining. The interior of the hotel looked new and fancy.

Very little staff so we didn't request room cleaning and didn't ask our garbage to be taken out. The hotel was in the middle of an apartment area so it was at least a 7-10 min walk to a convenience store.

Wir hatten ein sehr großes und geräumiges Zimmer im 4. Stock. Das Zimmer war wie angegeben, im einwandfreien Zustand.

Leider gab es kein Warmwasser im Bad beim Waschbecken, aber dass hat nicht wirklich gestört, da wir in der Dusche immer warmes Wasser hatten.

Great location! The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was big and it had everything we needed.

When we arrived the toilet wasn’t very clean.
