A penalty of US$ 250 will be charged for smoking in the room. A penalty of US$ 350 will be charged if the keys are lost. In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport. It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax. Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Just fantastic."

It was wonderful having access to one of the kitchens, as well as an outdoor veranda, and one of the living rooms. The hotel is located near to many parks, restaurants, and stores.

No stove top is available in the second kitchen. However the owners were more than happy to boil eggs for us in the kitchen they use.

Sehr schön eingerichtet wie in einer Villa. Sehr aufmerksam und bemühte Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach (continental) aber gut. Lediglich der Kaffee war etwas kalt und viel zu stark für unseren Geschmack

Frank was very welcoming. Had access to the kitchen to make tea & coffee. Breakfast was very good. Location was good, 10 minutes to Kennedy Park. Lots of restaurants close by.

There was everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. The terrace was a true highlight, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning. Despite being located in the heart of Miraflores, the place offered complete privacy and tranquility. Highly recommended

The property is actually Frank’s residence, and it is very nice, with very nice furniture in the living rooms, and nice kitchen. The room was very small though, but other than that, everything was perfect.

"Great place to stay in Miraflores"

Exceptionally well decorated and kept apartment. Great facilities, modern but with a classical touch. Makes you feel at home - breakfast was simple but home-made. Very helpful owner as well, took a lot of time to explain and guide us.
