To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport. It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax. Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A perfect luxury retreat with exceptional hosts."

Exceptional hotel. Home form home but with the luxury of a 5 star boutique hotel. Frank and Ana were wonderful hosts - always there when we needed them and a friendly guide to Lima for new visitors. The bed and sheets were certainly the most comfortable we have experienced in any accommodation for a long time. The relaxation spaced were wonderfully furnished with great pieces of art on the walls. The breakfast on the covered terrace was a great start to the day - both plentiful and fresh, The locations was very central a secure haven from the bustle of the city.

"A fantastic stay in a central area with brilliant hosts. Felt like being at home!"

Frank went above and beyond to make us comfortable especially with my husband for some additional touches for our honeymoon. The bed and room were super comfortable and the breakfast was basic but perfect for what we needed and expected.

Would have been good to have the room cleaned daily or more communication on when it could be done as we did go out every morning after breakfast.

"Perfect Pad in Peru!!"

Great location in heart of Miraflores District. Property clean stylish and comfortable. Loved the use of kitchen (used fridge for leftovers as Perú restaurant portions are very large) and outdoor patio for breakfast. Frank provided us with a lovely breakfast each morning complete with coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Host Frank was kind friendly and knowledgeable about his city and offered us a host of options for dining and sight seeing. Property about a 45 minute ride from airport. Frank arranged our ride with a reputable driver. He was there waiting when we arrived. Highly recommend staying at this property.

First we were given a taxi to the location which is very helpful after flying 10 hours, Then frank greeted us/ brought our luggage up and checked us in both Ana and Frank accommodated our every need from breakfast to great recommendations for restaurants/places to visit

There’s nothing to not love everything you need you can ask and they are always there to help
