The staff were incredible! Attentive, friendly, respectful and funny! The food was also incredible, I don’t think I’ve ever eaten that much in my life. There was always something to do, whether you want to relax or be active.

Aged but well-kept, everything clean and in perfect shape. High quality installation. We didn’t fall in love with the desserts but the food in general was hilarious. Most of the personal is very friendly and welcoming. Great place to spend our 10th anniversary

Los jardines son hermosos con vegetación exhuberante y bellas orquídeas y la limpieza en general es muy buena. El personal es amable y simpático.

En primer lugar la comida que además de muy poca variedad TODA es muy picante al estilo jamaicano y hay personas a las que NO NOS GUSTA EL PICANTE. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no climatiza correctamente y el colchón era incómodo. Por otra parte la isla que forma parte hasta del nombre del hotel y se ve muy bonita es nudista, no tengo absolutamente nada en contra de las personas que practiquen el nudismo, pero de haberlo sabido me hubiera ahorrado las expectativas y el viaje a la isla, no es moralismo, sencillamente no es mi estilo. La relación calidad- precio deja mucho que desear, considero que es muy caro para los servicios que presta. Resumiendo: si tu objetivo es practicar el nudismo, te gusta la comida picante y puedes dormir sin importarte mucho las condiciones de la cama y el clima es un buen lugar aunque con un precio muy caro para servicios básicos.

Staff were all really friendly and wonderful. Sit-down restaurant food was good, and different menus on different days kept things interesting and had variety. The island was really great and well worth a visit!

Some food items were a little repetitive, e.g. the only fish every offered (across all restaurants) was snapper. Despite a no tipping policy, large numbers of American guests were still tipping (including at the buffer dinner, which seemed odd). Bars were not always fully equipped and couldn't offer us a number of cocktails on their menus throughout our stay. The veggie bar also often ran out of coconuts very quickly, which was a shame. Poolside restaurant was pretty poor - burgers were very cheap and the Jerk Chicken was tasty but not spicy at all. The shopping trip was poor and would have been better to visit the main craft market in Ocho (which we did later on the trip ourselves) instead of the small one we were taken to, which had some high pressure and guilt-trip sales tactics.
