お風呂の蛇口が汚い

Cannot recommend this place enough! We got there by car around 4pm, and immediately went to the onsen. The room was beautiful and the view to the lake is just incredible. The ladies at the front desk were super nice - despite some language barrier, and with the help of google translate, we told them it was our first time in an onsen and weren’t sure how it all worked, and she spent a lot of time with us to explain the rules etc so we really appreciated that as it can be quite intimidating. like many other reviews, we agree that the food was INCREDIBLE. Both dinner and breakfast was basically a feast; everything was delicious, and we were able to try a lot of new things. The onsen is also amazing, they have a male and female facility, and we have no complaints. The water is incredibly hot so we weren’t able to stay in for long on either side, but honestly the view makes up for it. Overall, it was a great experience, with great food and great views. My partner also has one tattoo on his leg (about the size of a hand), and we were told that it was fine for him to go, which was also good!
