The location proximity to the Main Street and access to the ski lifts was exceptional. A short walk uphill to get to the ski lift, but that is normal considering the layout of the town. 5-10 minutes walk with all of our gear

The walls are thin, if you have neighbours that are making noise late at night or upstairs neighbours walking around you will hear it. For the most part, everyone in the lodge was very respectful of keeping noise down during quiet times

Big room and amedities for the price.

Can be noisy at times because of kids but didn't matter as I knocked out every night from all the activities I did.

Spacious Room in good location. Lots of storage for gear & luggage in the room and out. Breaky was awesome and Gear room had a great drying area so always had dry boots. Nice big common area to chill by the fire. Staff were very helpful!

Our particular room was quite noisy with sounds of kids running and people coming & going - however nothing that really bothered us / nothing during times were we weren't up & about. The inhouse onsen was sometimes cold & common showers were ok. If these facilities were nicer it would improve the stay. Also we would have loved a mini fridge in the room so we could store some basic groceries and a lamp would of been really lovely to have a softer light than the fluro.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and felt like a great traditional ryokan experience. Location was fantastic too, easy walk to both restaurants and the ski lifts.

Hard to fault, we absolutely loved our stay and nothing about it didn't meet or exceed our expectations.

Very warm and hospitable welcome and experience when stayed at the lodge. Clean and comfortable place.

It’s shared bathroom and restroom, so it may quite loud when other guests used.
