Toemu Nozawa Lodge

Location was good. Bit of an uphill hike to ski lift but central to main streets.

The towels were small and like a chammy

Friendly staff and helpful staff

Soundproofing of room is quite bad, we can hear people walking along corridor at night very loudly. Communal bathroom shower head water pressure was low. In room private shower was much better. Breakfast can have more variety or different so that you don’t eat the same thing everyday.

Very good location, 10 minutes walking to the gondola, 2 minutes from the center. We had everything we needed for a longer stay. Friendly staff, you felt welcomed.

Room 211 need a thorough cleaning, there is a strong mold smelling.

Lovely staff, couldn't be mkre helpful. Relaxed atmosphere, open access to the dining room for eating own food and of course, the onsen!

The bathrooms could have been cleaned a little.more regularly, especially as they are communal (no ensuite facilities at this hotel).

Great location, welcoming friendly staff, in house onsen, clean and warm. plenty of storage space for bags and ski kit.

Everything was awesome! We stayed here for five nights. The Nagasaka lift was about 5-8 mins walks. The staffs were all kind and helpful! Pick Up service from Iiyama station was deffo a great bonus for a rainy day and late night check in.

That I had to leave Nozawa Onsen.
