The hotel has a beautiful art deco aesthetic paired with clean rooms, excellent amenities, and a wonderful staff (especially the manager Punya). Aside from the complimentary glass of wine upon check in, the rooms offer clawfoot tubs, comfortable beds, and a unique style that I have rarely found matched. I am happy to have stayed and would gladly visit again.

The staff was nice and friendly. The housekeepers were so friendly. We even had a stuffed animal that we left on a bed. They came in and tucked in our stuffed animal. It was the sweetest thing in the whole world, and we appreciate it immensely. nearby is a bus/cable car route to almost anywhere in the city.

A little TLC on detailed room cleanliness goes a long way. Found what looked like blood stain and other stains on bathroom curtains. Also bathroom sink needed a stopper, had something dropped in it possibly by prior customer.
