Nice building/surroundings. Staff friendly and smiling. Helpful.

The sink was blocked in our room. The sofa bed was too difficult to put away I cut my hand. I did email numerous times asking was there any little extras to make the stay special as it was my mums birthday and the first one with out my dad. All that was left in the room was a simple card with happy anniversary! I couldn’t even request to pay for anything if this was optional as the only email they replied to was about me paying for robes for the spa.

Bed was comfortable, room was a good size.

Swimming was only available during 2, 1 hour periods for kids. I requested a dinner reservation which wasn’t logged. I was then told it was fully booked until 8. When I arrived the restaurant was empty. Waiting a while before receiving a menu, and never got a drinks menu. Food was very poor for the price paid. Room was good size, bed was comfy but the bathroom tiling had a very poor finish with holes. TV was also old and did not have smart tv capabilities.

Bed was broken.. the main door of the room kept jamming.. hair drier was broke so had to ask for another one.. same with the fan.. and breakfast was below average
