Chalet Kisseye by Zermatt Premium Apartments

Very nice mountain view, very responsive/communicative administrator :) Well equipped chalets! A steady uphill from Zermatt train station (1.1 km walk)!

I love the view from our terrace. Matterhorn is so near from our balcony. The room is also cozy. I like that the room has a small kitchen.

The property is located on a hill and it was quite a climb whether coming in by e-taxi or taking the steps from our walk from the city center. Good thing the view is great and it compensates the climb.

I did like the unique pool in the complex. I had read prior reviews about the uphill walk to the chalet. I truly was a tough climb to get to the property so much so that once we walked down to town we didn’t plan on returning until we were settling in for the evening. The construction taking place on the street leading to the property made toting luggage a real challenge. We did find a couple of markets close by to buy some food for breakfast. Overall a very efficient apartments but be ready for an aggressive uphill walk returning from town. Zermatt was incredible and my wife and took in as many sights and activities that we possibly could in a three day stay.

Le studio correspond parfaitement aux photos. Il possède un superbe balcon avec une magnifique vue sur le Cervin. Il est tout équipé si vous voulez cuisiner un petit truc. Le check-in est bien organisé et le check-out aussi. Sur demande, on a pu laisser nos bagages dans le local à ski plus tôt que le check-in.

La piscine est magnifique mais elle est froide. Le lit grince beaucoup mais fait le travail. La douche a peut-être une fuite car il y avait beaucoup d'eau sur le sol après avoir pris une douche.

Fantastiskt läge med utsikt över Matterhorn. Trevligt rum med kök. Sängen var tyvärr för smal för två personer.

Great views, spacious, somewhat dated in certain areas but high quality materials and well kept. Also two full size balconies with amazing Matterhorn views. And a nice swimming pool to add!

In some places the apartments needs a bit of work, but these are only minor things that do not really bother much. Also a smart tv would be nice to have. Pillows were way too soft and unsupportive.
