Hotel is very nice and clean. Great and friendly service. The area around it is just dirty and noisy. Very hard to find a taxi

Nice property. Problem is that in some rooms the aircon isnt working properly. But the staff are willing to transfer me to another room so that I could be comfortable. Rooms are clean and very nice. only other problem is that the internet is poor in certain spots.

Showers. I like warm showers. 3 of 4 nights and 1 morning the water dribbled out of the shower. Could not be corrected for some time. Once it was fixed water temp goes from full hot to cold without adjusting the control. Every day. Today my last day here ever, I'm using a room down the hall as they could not get my shower to come on. Same issue with temps. The restaurant takes 30 or more minutes to serve food. Filipino food is good. Western food is awful usually come cold the main might be warm fries veggies etc cold. Not worth the frustration for the cost. As of now 1 if 3 elevators are broken. Cockroaches are often seen in the rooms . The blinds don't close and are worn through they tried to put Velcro but it doesn't match.
